An unforgettable experience
We had a fab time! The room was super cozy, and OMG, those heated toilet seats are a game changer! The staff were incredibly attentive. They even packed a picnic for my daughter's teddy! Only thing was, the drinks took a bit longer than expected. Really enjoyed the bar area too.

We had a memorable stay at the Mandarin. The staff’s attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. The view over Hyde Park added to the charm, although the room could have benefited from a bit more light. a fantastic choice for a historical yet luxurious getaway.

We had an amazing group vacation! The breakfast with a view was a highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed afternoon tea, and the chic rooms were comfortable. Exploring Belgravia with a Blue Badge Guide was also a blast! Very hospitable staff made us feel right at home.
The lobby is quite small and might not represent the luxurious experience ahead, but everything else was fantastic.

The hydro pool at the spa was absolutely incredible! 💦 The breakfast was also spectacular with views of the Queen's horses passing by. But the bathroom could've been roomier.

Exceptional Service and Incredible Spa Experience
My wife and I had a wonderful stay, marked by exceptional service from the staff who treated us like royalty. The spa was a true oasis with its relaxing hydro pool and beautiful ambiance, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. We also cherished our time enjoying a delicious breakfast with stunning views of Hyde Park. The only downside was the small size of the hotel lobby, which felt a bit unrepresentative of the luxurious experience that awaited us inside.

the hotel is super nice! we had a huge and beautiful room, def one of the best in london. the breakfast was amazin with healthy options and the staff were really friendly and helpful all the time. also loved the view of hyde park, it made our stay special. overall, it's a great place for a family getaway.
however, the bar was kinda boring and small so it wasn't great for relaxing after a long day. also, the room service took too long and the black pudding was really bad.

The location of the Mandarin Oriental is top-notch. The staff friendliness stands out. they made me feel welcome right from arrival. Check-in was seamless, thanks to the attentive receptions team, particularly a lovely lady named Lina. Our room had beautiful decor and a great view of the street. The heated toilet seat in our Superior Room added a luxurious touch. Breakfast was delicious, with healthy options that fueled our days. The evening dining experience at the bar was memorable, with excellent service and an impressive drinks menu. the noise from nearby events was invasive. I had a difficult time sleeping due to loud music from a nightclub. After requesting a quiet room, I was moved to another side of the hotel, but this should have been offered initially without prompting. It would have been nice to receive a small gesture, like a complimentary breakfast, since I did face inconveniences. Ideally, a quieter stay without disturbances would leave me completely satisfied, but overall, the warmth from the staff kept me coming back for more.
